Here are some sequences to help with your home practice while the Center is closed.

Immune Sequence – RIMYI PDF (see audio link below), This sequence was given by Guruji to students at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India after an outbreak of a virulent flu. It is recommended to practice the morning and evening sequence daily to boost the immune system.
