Practice Sequences

Here are some sequences to help with your home practice while the Center is closed.

This Immune Sequence (see audio link below) was given by Guruji to students at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India after an outbreak of a virulent flu. It is recommended to practice the morning and evening sequence daily to boost the immune system.
